Globe Life Field Customers Reviews
Great performance by Garth and his band
The sound quality at the concert was very surprising. The lines were long but moved quickly everywhere. Regardless, it was not a great experience buying the tickets. I live in SD so I was impressed with the overall experience of getting that many people in and out of Petco Park smoothly. I was kicked out at one point but got back in pretty quickly. The ticketing experience challenging. Fortunately, we know most of the lyrics, so what Texas Rangers actually said when he was talking. The one thing I found surprising at the concert was the sound quality. I would quickly select a seat and proceed to check-out, only to be told multiple times those seats were not available. Because it was billed as 'you can see from any seat' (which seemed true), I just clicked until I finally got two seats. I have been to concerts in much larger venues [and up to 30+ years ago] and the sound quality was better there. It was hard to hear lyrics. I know this was their first concert on this tour so maybe they will adjust that for future performances. Clearly the performers must have wanted to use only their speakers because there didn't seem to be sound coming from Petco speakers, which would have helped. It was a great show.
